PERSONAL INTERESTS
Travel
Because I traveled extensively with my family when I was very young (France, Spain, Italy, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, and Peru), I have a continuing interest in travel and diverse cultures. I’ve returned to my birth country (France) several times, and visited Germany, England and Scotland recently. I’ve traveled in the United States as well, and I have a fondness for Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Northern New Mexico.
Fine arts
My interest in fine art extends to the Art Glass movement, in which I participated for more than 20 years as a “warm glass” artist.
I attended Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, Washington twice (a juried entrance), and was invited by the school administration to participate in several special Pilchuck events. Click here to see some of my art glass works.
Community service
